So, the Company shall take resolute measures against actions that are judged to have interfered unfairly with its group’s businesses or have bothered other customers as well as following actions that are judged to have harmed the physical and mental health of its employees.

  • Harassment including verbal abuse, denigration, denial of personality, stalking activities, other words and actions that cast a slur on someone's integrity, and sexual harassment
  • Words and actions that discriminate people based on their race, ethnicity, genealogy, occupation, etc.
  • Hanging on to its employees for long hours, Insistent questioning
  • Requests for money and goods, Requests for special treatment, Unrealistic requests, Requests that are significantly unfair under normal social conventions, etc.
